From 18 to 22 July we will be at the UGI-IGU conference celebrating the centenary of the International Geographical Union.On that occasion, Simonetta Armondi will present the ongoing work of Operational Geographies in the session ‘Global Consumption Network and its Logistics Geography’ (chairs: James J. Wang, University of Hong Kong; Zuopeng Xiao, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen; Jinyan Yu, Beijing International Studies University; Quan Yuan, Tongji University). Simonetta’s presentation is entitled ‘The Intertwining Geography of Global Consumption and Production Network in Northern Italy’.
